Total lack of any procedures or training for staff. Total lack of interest in management to improve any part of the business they don't want to be involved with. The most unhappy place I've ever worked, talking to staff who are on the verge of walking out/crying on a daily basis is soul crushing - no one wants to do anything about it. Every single person I spoke to was looking at leaving, but a lot more time seemed to be more focus on banalities such as trying to hack Tinder than stopping the constant churn of staff unhappy at having to do 3 jobs with no training/help. It's a 'tech' company after all - who actually needs the people that actually provide a service to the customers? Alarmingly toxic atmosphere - it was a struggle to see who was more unhappy at the conditions there, the staff or the customers - neither tend to last long.
