I have a lot of fun at work. There are some great people here. The managers are cool. The kitchen is always stocked with snacks and drinks. The office is modern and bright. It's a great place to be.

Minpunten

It's a start up so they are still going through some changes. I've seen positions and department get eliminated.

Minpunten

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
