Pluspunten
Management was really chill, and approachable. David is part owner of the company and is easy going. They were willing to work with my school schedule.
I got in through a friend, so my interview process really only consisted of meeting the manager and filling out my hire forms and making copies of my licenses.
There was also a lot of down time throughout the shift, which was really beneficial when it came to school. Down time was either spent studying or sleeping.
Minpunten
This is an IFT company. Nothing really exciting about this job. If you got into prehospital care for the excitement, this definitely is not the company for you. You will really only transport dialysis patients.
Some of the other employees had a really negative attitude towards the company, others were really great. As long as you understand that this in not a career, and simply a stepping stone while you pursue higher education / career goals, you will be fine.
