Yes, there have been layoffs. It’s been challenging. But that’s true across many industries right now. The difference at Rescue is that leadership follows through. Our new CEO and from what I can see, our leadership team back up their words with action. I see the company growing. I won't lie. It has not been easy, but progress rarely is. To those who are frustrated: use your voice. Bring your ideas forward. If you want to see change, speak up. I’ve worked here for over six years, and one thing is clear - employee feedback matters. Not many places offer a platform where people can speak openly with their managers and leadership. That’s rare, and it’s something Rescue does well.
