- great company culture
- fully remote
- lots of opportunity to grow and develop key skills (data analysis, data visualization)
Minpunten
- no solid systems or processes for supply chain
- too many sources of truth, no good erp that everyone uses
- silos within the supply chain org -- too much butting heads over decisions
- management is not willing to help or provide resources if you are struggling
- management is rude and not supportive when struggling and after you've conveyed that to them
