Nice newer facilities and clean work area.

Minpunten

Laboratory management is belligerent, demoralizing, and has no clue how to treat staff. This causes constant turnover of staff leaving those behind constantly overworked. But, even they are now leaving. Pay is low with small increases. Plant is new, but area is scary. Laboratory instruments are antiquated and glitchy.

I have been in this industry for a couple decades and ResinTech has always been a very respected company. I was very honored to begin working here, but the experience only got better. The owners and managers care and believe in work/life balance. The company gives back to the community on a regular basis. And last, but not least, the management listens. Amazing family and wonderful place to work.
