They've increased the time you must work for promotions; the salaries have decreased since I started HR "calibrated" the performance scores of many staff, leading to them not receiving bonuses Parts of the company are not doing well at all The company has reorganized multiple times in the last few years with little to no input from junior staff

We appreciate your feedback. Performance review calibration is a standard best practice to ensure an equitable and unbiased review process. Calibration allows us to apply the same performance standards for all employees across the company. Resonance is indeed changing – we’re honing our focus on 1. enabling our talent, 2. pay for performance, 3. quality service delivery, and 4. operational excellence. We have also established a career architecture model, so we can navigate career paths and prepare people to be promoted and set up for success. Another change is that we have conducted a compensation review and benchmark to ensure our compensation practices are market-relevant and competitive. As a result, we have increased our salaries over the last 14 months and implemented SMART performance goals. We realize these changes may not be comfortable for everyone, but they are necessary for us to live up to our commitment to continuous improvement on behalf of all our employees.

RIP due to Doge:/ before then it was Russian roulette to whether you had a chill or sucky manager, You usually worked with several, hopefully you got at least one chill one and one interesting project where you're not a paper pusher. Think of all the awful things about consulting, and then turn it down a notch. Resonance, pre-doge, wasn't nearly as bad as some of the larger consultant firms, less stable, though, too, and didn't match the stress with a higher paycheck

As stated in other reviews, pay was bad, especially for the industry; the company was bad at promoting internally, turnover was high, especially if you were not mid to upper-level management. The culture gave lip service to work life balance and then expected you, but if you got lucky, you got on a good project with a talented and caring manager, then life was great, but you don't really get to control that Because of the nature of the job, most all the salaries were open info, and there was some sr analyst that analyzed all that data and found that men got paid higher than women even for the same job title, Men were also found to be promoted faster and more likely to be in leadership, despite the majority of the company being female.
