I had talks with management about how the company would handle financial issues out of my own curiosity. Not only did they sincerely address my inquiries, but each and every measure and plan centered around keeping things stable for employees

- It is work based around contracts so the flow of work can be stressful at points but overall there was always someone to talk to when you needed to meaningfully effect change

You will never work over 40 hours a week unless you want to.

- Lower than average salaries, which could change in the near future per management. - Raises are capped at 5% and will only come during your annual review. If you attain a promotion, your pay will most likely be moved as well. - Some might see this as a con, I see it as a pro but most don't share my thinking so I will put it here; Standard here are extremely high. For what they ask of a senior is something you would find most leaders in the IT field unable to do consistently. You have to be on your A game every day here.
