Diligent training on the recruiting process is impeccable and thorough, with care and a focus on professional and personal growth. Since starting at Resourcesoft, I feel that I am finally doing something that is truly my calling because I am immersed in computer technology since the early 90s and enjoy talking to people, which is the core of technical recruiting. I have also become a better communicator and negotiator, which benefits my personal life and saves me money ;D A target-driven working environment with clear expectations, and more importantly, with constant support and help on meeting and exceeding targets. This place makes me happy: my success is celebrated and my failures are dissected in an amicable and caring way for continuous improvement.

Too much sitting :( After getting an adjustable standing desk for the home office, I absolutely love it and my back and bottom thank me every time. Perhaps we could get those next year?
