Pluspunten

RFPIO has a fantastic solution, in a market ripe for disruption. RFPIO's customer-centric and customer-obsessed approach shows in the quality of the product they deliver. Executive leadership consists of seasoned product managers who have built one of the most agile and high-performing technology teams I've ever worked with. This also means cross-functional collaboration and communication is fantastic. Complete transparency from the top-down is great. The only thing RFPIO cares more about than solving customer problems is keeping their employees happy. Work-life balance is great, highly competitive benefits, the office environment/culture is relaxed yet challenging, and occasional puppy visits keep anyone from being too serious. TONS of great places to eat nearby. At the time I'm writing this review, RFPIO has not lost a single employee. I believe this speaks volumes to how much folks enjoy being here.

Minpunten

Honestly can't think of anything. RFPIO has the expected pains of a startup, but it seems that growing pains are identified and proactively managed better than most startups growing this quickly. Office space could be more functional, but I hear a move to a larger office is coming very shortly. Long term, a location more central to DT Portland would be nice.
