The products are good, mostly. Co-workers are generally good people.

Minpunten

The culture is fear based and toxic from the top down. They are literally watching top sellers and ops people leave every week and do nothing. There's no proactive retainment of the few remaining high performers. Overall salary and pay is well below market, but they think it's not, then act surprised when people leave for more money, being treated with respect, and a better environment. They used to talk about employee engagement and retention all the time, not so much the last couple years. Wonder why.
