I really like the culture here. It's a small team, but there is no dead weight - everyone communicates like a team, everyone is aligned, and everyone is pushing for growth. RestoreFast operates along the entire east coast, so it's impressive to see what a small team is capable of when it's a team of the right people. I'm grateful to be a part of this journey.

Other side of the same coin - small team, which means that sometimes we need to wear multiple hats. I don't personally see this as a con - I've gained so much experience & insight to how a business operates in general because of this.
