      Disposable employees. Tons of micromanaging going on by upper management and no job security for long-term employees.

      Obviously we’re disappointed to read you didn’t have an enjoyable experience in the last few months of your employment, even though this happened several years ago. We do appreciate your positive kudos for the great pay and commission that we still offer today. Collectors can make big $$ at RevSolve! For prospective employees reading this, RevSolve has been in business for 51 years as of 2015 and we have tremendous employee retention. I can think of one team member that is celebrating 29 years next month and it’s not me. Many RevSolve team members have worked here over 10 years, some over 20. I truly wish the reviewer could have been one of them as we do everything we can to attract and keep good employees.

      Good pay, easy job, sick time, PTO, commission, environment, director is awesome, like a family.

      Minpunten

      10-7 shift sucked, nothing other than that.

      Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the shift concern, due to bonus structure, we do not have part time positions in our Healthcare Recovery Department, but we do have them available in Patient Financial Services, please contact Human Resources if you’re still interested in working with us. On a positive note, we’re glad that you’ve enjoyed all of the benefits you’ve expressed you’ve received; sick time, pto, good environment and pay.

      Decent pay, steady hours, and overall a friendly work environment.

      Minpunten

      Even though the overall work environment is overall positive some co workers aren't as friendly and can be condescending and they seem to always get away with it when I couldn't imagine other people would. If you are good at your job you will end up doing someone else's work because of slackers and it can get to a point where you are drowning. The only other real con is the sick time, which you had to accrue over a decently long time, which in terms of being actually sick can be difficult because if you don't have sick time and you have the flu then this pushes the mentality of that person coming into work while sick thus getting everyone else sick (which during my time happened a few times and I hadn't accrued sick time myself and had to be there while running a high fever..)
