The transition to a fully remote workforce was challenging for many organizations (including FlexPay), and has taken time to adjust to. Throughout the past 4 years we've learned from mistakes, and made a shift in our core values and ways of working that have gotten us to our current state of having an incredibly happy, connected community of dispersed employees, working remotely while feeling connected.
Our core value of Transparency is one that we live out each day, ensuring that every person at FlexPay is aware of both the ups and downs of the company. We consistently ensure everyone is on the same page, moving in the same direction, and when something is not working not only is it shared with the company as a whole, it is also used as an opportunity for the passionate and innovative people who work here to bring unique solutions to the table.
