John Lemp and his team do a good job in running what is a dynamic and high-pace line of business (online advertising). I feel their business rhythms are driven by the industry and stiff competition. It seems that Revcontent is a strong competitor in the space, and they are making money and forging ahead with acquisitions.

The online advertising industry is not a place for boy scouts. You need to make money where you can, and while you can. Then move on to the next market opportunity. While working there, I did't really understand that at first. However, this mentality makes it difficult to make long term changes as you don't know what the future holds.
