A coworker once stepped in to shield me from a rude manager, only to be dismissed the very next day. That alone says everything and it is both sad and disturbing.

Working here would be a massive mistake. Stay away while you still can. The people in charge are openly rude and show no respect, treating employees as if they do not matter.
