We are using our start up culture to drive organizational change as we transform from a consulting company to a SaaS-y product organization. This has enabled us to widen our sales reach to customers and improve work-life balance for our people without sacrificing the meaningful work we do. While the business model has changed, our talented people are still solving the world's most interesting revenue challenges.
When the pandemic hit, we, like many others, had to adjust our day-to-day operation as well as our business strategy. It was a no-brainer to prioritize the safety of our people, their families, and our customers. Because we trust our Team Members and have confidence in their abilities, it was an easy decision to close the physical office and ask each person to work from home. Our Team has thrived in this environment for 6 months now! Team Members have driven 3 products to General Availability in a very short period of time, all while taking care of current customers and their existing solutions. Team Members were also able to flex their schedules as needed to care for their families, including children who are engaged in remote learning. What a challenge?!?! When we do return to the office, we have already established a Flexible Work program to allow telecommuting up to 100% of the time for those Team Members who are interested.
