Small company, nice offices, well stocked kitchen (beer in the fridges), they go the extra mile to ensure you can focus on the work and not mundane tasks (great support completing expense reports, administrative tasks, etc.). Monthly catered lunches. RA prides itself on delivering better analysis and strategic insight than competing firms can offer, in a shorter timeframe.
Minpunten
Despite thinly veiled attempts to appear otherwise, micromanagement is rampant. In my opinion there is a total absence of work-life balance, with a complete disregard for your personal life. The pretty offices, pretty fish tank, and stocked kitchens seem great at first, yet do very little to compensate for the overtime that is part of the office culture. I observed a strange sense of satisfaction among upper management when it was decided an employee was no longer making the cut, and fired. Favoritism is quite blatant, as well as one upmanship under the guise of team culture. Some promotions are premature, placing people in leadership positions instead of leaders in leadership roles.
