It is a 100% remote which is really nice. Good amount of meetings and decision making tends to be very fast. Agile way of working and there is good communication between teams.

I have to say there is disrespect from the managers to the employees. I have had bad experiences were I was yelled at or treated with disrespect from managers because they were too stressed or that is simply their way to treat people. Top management is not like that which amazes me why they foster such behaviour. Also 1-1 tend to be canceled and there is no on-going feedback, which I guess is normal for small companies even if they promise it.

Even though it is a 100% remote company, they always care about keeping this culture of being together. For sure you will have teambuildings for different teams/departments, online events, and face-to-face events too. They are constantly improving in offering different benefits and you feel that you are part of the team since day 1. Each team member is motivated and everyone is open to help you with anything that you may need.
