Customers already know and love these portfolios — you're not convincing anyone these brands belong on the shelf. The IT department is a standout. They make sure you leave the building every single day with a fully functioning iPhone and iPad, so there's zero friction getting into the field. It's a small thing that makes a big difference.

Where do I even start. Management is nowhere to be found when you actually need them, but somehow everybody and their brother has an opinion about how you should run your territory. The Reyes family? Meddling in day-to-day trade like they're riding shotgun on every sales call. Portfolio VPs showing up in accounts, stepping on deals, and creating chaos with buyers you've spent months building relationships with. There's no clear lane — just a revolving door of people undermining the reps closest to the business. And let's talk about the in-house portfolio cannibalism. Brands within the same house are being pitted against each other, which makes every buyer conversation needlessly complicated and puts reps in an impossible position. The tracking apps? Absolute garbage. Wonky, unreliable, and somehow still the tool you're expected to use to run your business. Then you've got suppliers like Gallo swooping in with demands ripped straight from a fantasy — completely detached from what's actually happening on the street. It's death by a thousand meddlers.
