Where do I even start. Whenever you're in a meeting and the Operations Manager doesn't like something, he will just stare you down instead of communicating what he's thinking. He tries to intimidate you into giving him answers that he will like.
There are people in the office that will talk in their native language so that you don't understand, and they will even mention your name in those conversations. They don't understand that this isn't high school.
Like another review mentioned - the CEO of the US office has a bad temper. This possibly has led to the high turnover. Only a couple of people in the office/fabrication have a tenure longer than 12 months.
The benefits are not good. Yes, you accrue PTO, but when it was requested, you would be shunned for requesting time off and letting the team down. There was a couple of months where PTO wasn't substracted correctly in the timekeeping software, so people lost PTO without it being used. Yes, there's a 401k match, but it doesn't start vesting until 3 years. Then there's the health insurance. They use a random company, so good luck finding doctors that accept it.
You will work until you drop. The fabrication team will work 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week.
