Minpunten
The career ladder is not good. Management is not able to support the operations teams. 10% layoff in 2023 and hiring in 2024, 3 months later. Hard to bond and establish relationships as there is a large group that have been together since the beginning. Family owned and run company with a lot to learn about the industry. Job descriptions are misleading as there is not clear distinction in your job duties - the expectation to wear too many hats is not sustainable.
