Compensation is good and in line with the industry. There's a strong momentum with the business, which is a good feeling. If you are exploring a role in the Sales org, I'd say you'll probably have a lot of fun going to events, connecting with clients, going to breakfast and dinner with them, etc. Rho is making waves in the business banking space for startups, and it feels like it is starting to have a cool vibe. Someone I met at an event told me she had heard about the company and said "she'd love to work at a place like that."

Willful lack of process; difficult to work cross-functionally. I also don't find my role that fulfilling—it feels like thoughtfulness, creativity, and curiosity aren't rewarded or celebrated in my area.
