Pluspunten
Most of the Program Managers, Coordinators and In-field Managers are amazing. Everyone is willing to help out and do things that are not in their job description for the sake of the programs without the support of upper management.
Minpunten
Upper management relies on their great teams because they know they will get the job done no matter the cost. Most Coordinators and Managers will work around 80 hours a week with no paid overtime or recognition. Don't even think about asking for a day off after weeks of overworking, because they will think you're just lazy. No company values. People are being let go every week and everyone in the office has to pretend they're ok with it. Salaried In-field workers are forced to work so many hours with very little recognition and appreciation.
