Context... RCC has multiple facilities that are largely redundant. We make most of our products at all facilities and they are similar. In terms of margin and service levels, our Texas facility fell outside our expectations, the poorest performing plant. The entire operational management team was replaced, As a business, our expectations are the production of high quality products delivered with exceptional service in an environment that treats employees with respect and with safety in mind. Unfortunately, the management team was unable to deliver to expectations and... It is ironic that a day apart anonymous posters representing job titles of ex-members of the aforementioned management team has decided to send flaming reviews. Almost as if it was a libelous, coordinated attempt to cause reputational harm. RCC is so confident that this review is such utter BS that two things will happen. 1) the first 10 applicants to either of our Texas facilities - production plant or corporate) will receive a $500 interview bonus.
