      Opportunities for advancement are there for goo performers and good mangement. Employees are involved at all levels in company process improvement and communication.

      Minpunten

      The economy hit their industry hard, so it was tense for a while. It may take a while to grow back to the level and size that they were 5 years ago.

      Pluspunten

      The best pro is that they offer hybrid schedules. Depends on which department you are in though. Some departments get one day remote and others get two, not sure why that is. There is so much to learn. If you are hungry to climb the ladder, you will enjoy all the opportunities RICK will give you.

      Minpunten

      Work is always coming in fast. Deadlines sometimes can fall into the same week. I have had weeks with multiples submittals due end of the week. Everyone works together to get the submittal complete but it is still stressful.
