      The overall pros for the internship are the pay, the schedule flexibility, intern outings including a summer event and the ease of the internship.

      Minpunten

      I spent multiple internships with the company expecting to come on as full time, but when time came to get a full time gig they didn't have the funds or openings necessary. I would be wary in expecting an offer after an internship. While it may appear that a good internship program means the company is growing, but the opposite is actually true.

      Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.
