You're respected and given autonomy in your work, and you're compensated well for getting the job done. Amazing culture, very fun to work here. Work hard and play hard! Not a typical corporate environment, eccentricity is welcome as Ridgeline is a true meritocracy.

Expect more than a 40-hour work week. We're building a beast of a company and urgency is a core principle to success here - that means hopping online early, on the weekends, after hours, whatever it takes to get your (very important) work done.

They hired too quickly, and many people were in a situation where there was not enough work. There’s only one outcome when a company hires too many, too quickly, there’s not enough work, and the company tracks every minute of productivity.
