Pluspunten

There wasn't really a specific name for what we did. We were like caddies who didn't caddy. They keep a room for all the members' bags and clubs. The members would pick them up and drop them off. We were in charge of cleaning them, the carts, setting up the carts, stocking the range, picking the range and maybe some odd jobs here and there. It's pretty fast paced at times but if you learn names you can make a ton of money. You make minimum wage but you get a free meal which they charge the members probably like $10 or more for and you keep all your tips. I wasn't good with names but I still made $20-30 a day in tips. The guy I worked with had been there for a few years, knew everyone, and made about $70-100/day in tips alone. You'll work about 7-8 hours. Good job for high schoolers. They also let you golf for free when you're off.

Minpunten

Washing balls and picking the range can suck. Every now and then they need to mow the range you have to pick EVERY SINGLE ball off the range. This can take a few hours. And the manager will be pissed if he finds even one. Hours can be a little long for the second shift. It's not a desk job. A good bit of this is physical labor. Like hauling trash cans full of golf balls (in a cart) to the range to fill the boxes. Day isn't done until the last cart comes back. Lots of working for tips and taking some crap. It's worth it though.
