Great coworkers who are passionate about wine and their brand. Good benefits though you're not really allowed to use your vacation time without an issue.
Minpunten
If you read any article on management and employer best practices, you will discover Riedel employs exactly the opposite practices and ideas. The US branch is managed by a CEO who leads based on fear (that others are more intelligent or know more than she does about their jobs - which they most certainly do) and maintains the unhealthy, often abusive environment to the few employees that choose to stay. Forever a revolving door, those that are smart leave soon after joining the "team." Top sales people and even vice presidents have been fired with little reason, other than they did not conform and dared to have their own voice. Seemingly unaware that people leave due to her and the toxic environment she creates, the cycle continues on and on. There is no work/life balance, especially for sales people, and HR is just another employee who has no real role or capacity to help any of the employees there. The other reviews are spot on, including that which says the CEO planted false positive reviews here, as well as lies to the owners about what happens in the US office. The best advice when considering a job is to run, not walk; sadly it is a great brand that is suffering due to incompetent management.
