II expected a company with over two decades of experience to have streamlined operations, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. There’s a severe lack of structure, outdated processes, and no clear workflow, making even the simplest tasks unnecessarily complicated.
Communication is another major issue—departments don’t seem to collaborate effectively, leading to confusion and redundant work. Decision-making is slow, and instead of focusing on innovation, the company struggles with basic organizational challenges that should have been resolved years ago.
For an IT company, you'd think efficiency and optimization would be a priority, but it feels like they’re stuck in the past. If they don’t modernize soon, they risk losing both clients and talented employees. Disappointing experience overall!
