The staff are resilient in the face of a CEO who has a visible dislike and distrust of women (culturally inept).

Minpunten

Should any member of staff speak up openly about internal illegal activities or cannibalisation of business, they are generally never seen again in the office. During my ~6 months I saw this four times (all women)

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Although we disagree with your review in its entirety as false and non-factual, yet we thank you for your time at Rightangled working as a service manager. With regards to your points: - CEO dislike of women is quiet astonishing as its within the company’s policies that the business operates in a meritocracy that also supports the promotion of female employees into leadership roles and as evidenced in its equal pay. - Staff are always encouraged to share their feedback and ideas and as a matter of fact there has been a designated “ideas” Trello board created specifically for staff to share their thoughts and constructive ideas that will be actioned based on a scoring system. - With regards to Rightangled being CQC registered, it is on the public domain and can be checked on the following link: https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-10800409485 - Lastly, I am glad to inform you that all our investors are up to date with all of the business’ operations including its revenues and profits through regular newsletters and annual reports. While the job so far has been overall positive, one improvement that could be made is the company focusing more on EVP, however this has been assured that it will be improved in 2026 by implementing more competitive compensations/benefits and improving the company culture.

Its one of those companies that you know is constantly innovating, creating value and improving processes and procedures. Its a hard work environment where you can get a sense of fulfillment if you are after that feeling.

Minpunten

Its a cut throat environment, when you join Rightangled you swim or sink. There is not much more to add but this. If you are up to the challenge you will have a blast, but if you have any doubts about your technical or intellectual abilities you wont find it amusing at all.
