You're taught to lie from day one. It'd obvious to anyone doing a little digging that the 'service' is in no way cheaper or more reliable than anyone else. Other than the constant lying, lets see... well every call coming in is classed as an 'opportunity' - someone wants pizza hut? But do they need a plmber? British Heart foundation? Get them on a care plan! It's a nightmare, especially cause that will then impact whether or not you get a bonus. That's another thing, if you make bonus for that month, you can bet the 'Quality Assurance' team will go into hyperdrive listening to your calls looking for that one day when you didn't pop the hlaf dozen happy pills you need to get through the day! Generally it's hell. By all means if you're strapped for cash and need somewhere that won't look too closely at references etc than go for it, but keep looking for other jobs. Most people burn out after a few months, so it's nothing special. Get ready for...FIVE CALLS WAITING to be screamed in your ear while call after call comes clicking down the line.
