There’s a huge amount of ownership and growth potential here, especially for people who are excited to take initiative and make an impact early. Leadership is extremely supportive and approachable, and some of the best people I’ve worked with in the industry. It’s rare to find a company this early where the product, team, and opportunity all align so well.

Because the company is growing so quickly, change is constant and things can evolve fast, which may feel uncomfortable for people who prefer a lot of structure or predictability. That said, it also creates a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and have a real impact on the direction of the company.

Rillet is definitely a true Series B startup in hypergrowth phase, in every sense of the definition. The org is still relatively flat, so scope and impact are virtually unlimited and you can flex into multiple areas of the business. The team is incredibly talented, driven, and motivated. Nic (founder) does a great job with trying to be transparent and always indexes to explaining the "why" behind the what, which I truly value at this stage. It's clear he cares at a very deep level, which is inspiring.

The pace and intensity can be a lot, but that's to be expected at a company where there's so much growth and opportunity.
