Very friendly and laid back environment with plenty of opportunities to learn. Management is very intelligent and understanding. Everyone works well as a team.

Minpunten

All interns spend their initial months in assembly. While this is a great hands-on experience, many interns spend months before touching any engineering.

Has a strong internship program, will work on a variety of project while there. Generally the employees help each other out and are friendly..

Minpunten

The company culture is one of reactive instead of proactive, they seem to rush to complete thing instead of having solid planing.You may have to start and stop on a project multiple times, even on the regular equipment where materials should be available..
