Pluspunten
Easy work life balance. Because of their faults of no real leadership or plan, it makes the workload really reasonable, but after a while anyone who desires more in life will be left longing for more than a paycheck. Even though the layoffs mentioned below suck, a lot are necessary and it is good it is happening because a cleansing is needed to remain successful.
Minpunten
Weird, odd, and bad decisions are constantly made here. You will wonder the purpose of certain people in certain roles, you will see the wrong people in leadership roles, you will not see much of growth path available for you, and you will see a large uncared for code base. Rinchem is currently restructuring with a lot of layoffs, so raises have been non existent to very little the last few years. It would make sense for a new hire who is really just looking for any experience but likely not anyone with real desire, you will be sorely disappointed.
