- Stressful environment due to poor planning and management in certain teams (Property team specially). - No compensation for working overtime when necessary. - In Mauritius Local leaves system are not in accordance to local laws, an incremental system is implemented for leaves which does not benefit the employees. - Apart from Yearly retreat, team building activities nearly inexistant throughout the year. - Managers do not have good people skills.
