• Pay per hour lower than minimum wage for highly skilled work • Pay has gone DOWN over the years, including retraction of previously earned bonus points through years of tutoring • Students leave unkind reviews behind your back despite telling you they found the lesson very helpful. These affect future bookings on your profile and reporting this to management is futile as they don’t respond. • Student expectations are ridiculously high because they pay a lot of money and the company takes basically all of the money. It makes me uncomfortable that this company exploit talented and capable students through their pretentious and elitist marketing, despite showing no respect to employees and paying an insulting wage. I would recommend any other company before this one.
