The team here is great, and it’s a good place to improve your communication skills. The people are supportive, and the overall vibe is positive when it comes to teamwork.

Minpunten

Management isn’t very strong, and there’s often a lack of clear direction. Even though it’s a startup, they don’t really operate like one—they seem to follow more traditional, corporate approaches, which can be frustrating. There’s also a shortage of employees with strong technical skills, as the focus seems to be more on soft skills.

Pluspunten

Ringtail brought together a uniquely talented and passionate group of people. The team setup encouraged collaboration, and there was a real drive to build something meaningful. When things clicked, it felt like we were part of something special. Those moments of shared momentum and creativity are ones I’ll always appreciate. The culture, at its best, was one of care, hustle, and genuine commitment to making an impact.

Minpunten

Sadly, despite the strong talent and promising potential, the company couldn't overcome the financial hurdles. A lack of long-term investment support made it incredibly difficult to stay afloat. Ultimately the team was led to a harsh and totally undeserved ending.

- Interesting project - Many good and talented people, and nice team bonding

Minpunten

CEO has no vision and do insane micromanagement. CEO only listen one of his close friend. CEO often pivot his business plans without any discussion with other directors and make all chaos. HR was so unstructured and not working. There was few problematic employees causing lots of issue and spreading all bs of other teammates or managers, but HR didn't handle it in right way even with multiple PIP and evaluation docs. HR and CEO just wanted to bury the problem and blamed on team directors. Some employees are super greedy, and some employees are really great. There is no clear HR rules to balance individual needs and support. Some directors like AD CD ED has no right to appeal CEO and his friend's bad decision. I cannot recommend any single stuff from Ringtail Interactive
