Overall the company is good. Decent wage but no increase after. Good benefits if you need them.
Minpunten
However the abundant of leadership and managers is a bit overbearing. With all of the leadership and new protocols implemented every week, this company can be very unorganized. Items, papers and emails get lost. Fingers get pointed and starts creating a toxic work environment, especially for the office personnel. I have been accused of wrong doing and got scrutinized by three managers and come to find out it wasn’t me. An apology was given after but, these are things that go on and because it’s managers and not employees it’s a slap on the wrist for them. Not a write up for false accusations. Also unless you’re management or sales you have no voice.
