If you don't find a mentor at times you can feel lost (you are responsible to find your own, and drive the relationship) Loud work spaces Some ppl play too many games, you wonder if they actually work Riot Games is located in a high cost of living area There has yet to be a lot of growth into mgmt, often times hired from the outside
