Pluspunten
There's a lot of pros to share, but I'll give my top 5 things that get me excited to come to work each day: 1. We actually prioritize and care about DEI. I say "actually" because a lot of companies on the surface can say they care about diversity, but we prioritize equity and inclusion into everything we do and we spend a lot of time, energy and resources into our DEI efforts. 2. We believe in real time feedback and operating with transparency. I've grown so much in the time I've been here just because I'm always getting feedback and I know what to keep doing, what to stop doing and what to start doing. 3. We have really high standards when it comes to our work, the people we hire, our mission, etc. 4. I truly love the people I work with. It's cheesy but true. We have such a diverse team of super driven, talented and accomplished people that I find myself learning new things constantly. 5. Every day we put in our best work. We feel a deep sense of obligation to our product, our customers and each other!

Building a great company is a marathon, not a sprint! While we enjoy that journey, this can bring some pain points in the org as priorities have to constantly change. This is not the place for you if you like the same thing Monday-Friday. We're a 100+ person startup and while we celebrate a lot of wins, there's a lot of things that break, go wrong, or simply fail. You will do well in this environment if you are motivated by reflecting, improving and non-stop learning.
