Pluspunten
-$ is pretty good -product might have some traction with potential -other departments than recruiting seem to have a better experience from my interactions with other employees/friends that work here
Minpunten
If I could give negative stars I would. Management and cross collaboration is a nightmare. I have never worked in a place where my colleagues and I go to work in FEAR daily. The fear stems from an inability to voice any feedback without your job being in danger. Each video call (which you are required to do with candidates, which makes no sense because they are working at other jobs...) is monitored and recorded. There is a script you are required to stick to and it isn't effective. Yet you can't stray from it or else you will get negative feedback. The metrics expectation is quantity > quality. Working with clients/hiring managers is a terrifying experience- they don't understand how recruiting works and blacklist certain companies based on the poor performance of a single candidate. That is just one example... I do not know anyone that I worked with out of dozens on my team that didn't loathe working there. We just knew that we did not have much of a choice in this recruiting job market. They rely on Excel for everything too, which seems super inefficient to me in this day and age... -no health insurance or benefits... -no way to move up, seems like sourcers there just basically stay stagnant in that role -I talked to people on maternity leave that were actually genuinely scared they would lose their job... that's how bad it is -CEO.... well look him up. There's not a lot to like.
