Employees will be promised a handsome raise and also a bonus - they slog during the busy season and then are conned. Imagine getting a 50 cent chocolate bar as HR appreciation. - Once the Big 3 retire (soon), this firm is going to the dogs (this has begun already). - Extremely impatient HR partner who calls the shots, has led to a mass exodus of top employees over the past few years, all due to his never ending awful working style. - HR says "nothing makes me more "happy" than seeing people grow".
