This agency churns and burns employees at breakneck pace. They'll promise work life balance during the hiring process -- but within weeks you'll be working round the clock. The job itself consists mostly of endless Zoom calls and messaging/strategy docs, which are used to make middle managers feel more important. Now that AI/Chat GPT is eating into the Rise "strategy", fewer workers are needed. Very little real PR/earned media work is done on behalf of clients, which frequently upsets them. Expect to be on no less than 10 accounts at a time. Lastly. watch their employee page. Everyone changes with each passing year. Look

Pluspunten

Rise offers a high degree of flexibility, which has allowed me to maintain a healthy and sustainable work-life balance while also while supporting a team that is doing meaningful and impactful work. I feel like there is a strong commitment to the team and their success. Employees are encouraged to build new skills and take on responsibility. The leadership is thoughtful, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the work and the people doing it.
