There are lot of cons: Firstly there is no room for personal development so if you just want to stay at the same level then this job may be okay for you. The company is like a petty school playground all you hear is she said this he said this. The company has no structure fee earners don’t know what they are doing most of the time the complete with out the relevant documents. The post completion department is made bad by two individual. The first person has not idea what they are doing even after being at the company for years. The amount of extra work they make for the team is ridiculous. Their application keeps getting cancelled stamp duty not paid on time. The individual keeps covering their mistakes and don’t take ownership. They also try and blame other people for their errors. I would never trust this person with the post completion process of my property. Due to his incompetence clients are waiting nearly 3 times longer for their paperwork. All new joiners are forced to help him and help him catch up by doing his requisitions and his registration and stamp duty. He gets like a little baby when he don’t get his own way and plays like a victim when his mistakes are uncovered. Now the other issue is with the boss - she is micro managing. She constantly checks up on you every 5 minutes allowing you not to complete your work then she moans that the work is not complete…. Well if you don’t call me for bit maybe I could get the work done ? She covers up for the other individual all the time. The pressure when working is is unlike no other you are made to feel like you have to work your lunch after work and even weekends ! You don’t get told if your doing well just get told you are failing. I have only worked her a few months and I would much rather not work ever again if I ever have to experience a place like this again.
