Treat Australian staff like kids, no respect. Disregard local laws and insist on the Chinese methods. Lack of ethics, bonuses, and commissions do not get paid even when they are written in the contracts. Extremely high staff turnover, and good people get pushed out of the way. Customers get treated like rubbish by Chinese HQ.
