Good pay in the beginning. But not worth the stress and horrible work environment of having your head on a swivel.

Minpunten

Turn over is high! Everyone is in CYA mode all the time because next week someone will be gone. People are given maybe 6 months then out the door, their job probably changed 4 times since they were hired. This is the culture at AP and has been for at least 5 years!

Having spent the past year at Risepoint, one of the things I appreciate most is that the organization genuinely values people. There is a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and creating an environment where employees can do meaningful work while maintaining balance in their lives. The mission is important, but so is the recognition that the people advancing that mission matter too. Strategy at the surface looks great. The engine is interesting and effective, albeit the avenues of growth are quite limited—a great place to work on several interesting projects simultaneously.

Minpunten

Chaotic Decision-Making, No thoughts given by Exec Leadership to Change Management, Sequencing, and scaling things. Operations suffers from Poor Exec Leadership, a lack of thoughtful execution, and proper planning. Some parts of the organization are being run as a fiefdom. No processes and micro-management. No work-life balance.
