This company doesn't pay your due salary if you resign against their wish. May be that's one of reason thay pay salary after one week.

Please reach out to us on our portal and someone will definitely look into the matter that you are talking about. Bad Management HR team is horrible Staff do not pay attention to the intern And we have to pay for doing internship(yeah, right!!)
