This is a fresh level of hell. Notice all the good reviews are from interns. No employees have left a good review. Executive “leadership” is creative in coming up with new ways to make employees lives hell. Turn over was 100% in the time I was there. Low pay, No raises and minimum benefits. RFJ unionized in 2023 and management only tried to union bust. Every new employee hired under current executive leadership has a scandal. You can find them all by googling the persons name. I wouldn’t wish working here on my worst enemy. I would take any job before one at RFJ. it’s not worth the mental health toll. I would be surprised if they continue to be funded. Ethical violations at every turn!
